Message from the CEO

CEO pic 2Welcome to National Ambulance the leading pre-hospital emergency care provider in the UAE. Since our establishment, we have grown to serve our clients in government and the private sector, providing a professional service in the vital health sector.

Commencing operations in 2010, we provide emergency pre-hospital care round-the-clock to communities across the UAE. Through the dedicated 998 emergency ambulance number and App, we support people in the Northern Emirates at times of their greatest need, and work in partnership with the wider emergency response community to ensure health, safety and security are maintained for the benefit of the population.

The care of our patients is our core objective and to achieve this we employ highly-trained and qualified staff. Our workforce of clinical practitioners is backed up by a dedicated Ambulance Communications Centre and a full range of logistics and administration and support staff. To ensure we maintain the high standards required of a modern ambulance service, we continue to invest in the latest technology and operate with a culture of continuous improvement.

Our integrated approach provides the foundation that enables us to deliver a high quality service wherever we operate. Whether it is in emergency response or as a training provider, we pride ourselves in meeting the high expectations expected from us.

Our dedication to quality and excellence translates into success, and National Ambulance is ready to serve whenever and wherever we can add value.

We are honoured to have the support of His Highness Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and are proud to support the citizens and residents of the United Arab Emirates.

Yours Sincerely,

Robert Ball
