Once you submit a suggestion, compliment or complaint:

  1. We will acknowledge receipt and issue you a ticket within 3 working days
  2. You will receive a response from us within 25 working days
  3. A feedback meeting with National Ambulance staff can be arranged if required

The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) also offers a clinical complaint registration service. If you wish to use use it, visit DOH Customer Service Department or call 800555.

Emergency

For all emergency calls within the United Arab Emirates please call 998 and you will immediately be connected to your local Emirate Ambulance Service.

We also encourage the public in the United Arab Emirates to download the National Ambulance 998 App.  The App allows residents in the Northern Emirates to request an ambulance in emergency situations. The Ambulance can be dispatched immediately to their destination through GPS tracking. It also comes with a First Aid guide in Arabic and English providing all users with handy tips in responding to a variety of emergency health-related scenarios.
