Clinical Governance

National Ambulance recognises the importance of Clinical Governance to the maintenance of service excellence. Through it we have created a culture that promotes learning and excellence, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

Our Clinical Quality Assurance Plan is designed to maintain consistently high clinical standards.  This is achieved through structured clinical audit programmes, including the regular review of patient care records and in field reviews of clinical practice. In-service training, skills maintenance programmes and annual accreditation programs complement and reinforce our clinical practice standards.
