The National Ambulance Company recognises the importance of Clinical Governance, it is the system that ensures the Company is continuously improving the quality of services and creating a culture that promotes learning and excellence in service delivery.
Our Clinical Quality Assurance Plan is designed to ensure that consistently high clinical standards are maintained. This is achieved through structured clinical audit programs including regular review of patient care records and in field review of clinical practice. In-service training, skills maintenance programs and annual accreditation programs complement and reinforce the clinical practice standards.
